Jen Haggitt Lutsch

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2015. This was a bucket list check off for me that has grown into a business which I’m incredibly proud of.

Being able to share my passion for fitness in my home town of 51 years is a dream come true.

I’ve also been an educator/support for special needs students/individuals for 32 years. 

My philosophy is to live a life of balance. Incorporating both physical and mental wellness.

My goal is to always have my clients leave a session feeling confident and energized.

Staci Shaw

Staci Shaw

Staci Shaw is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with CanFit Pro since 2005. She specializes in weight loss for women.

Staci is Certified and a teacher of Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, Step class, Yoga (Level 1), HIIT, PowerCORE and Group Training.

Staci has her blue belt in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu.

She was the World Masters International Brazilian Jui-Jitsu Federation Champion, Las Vegas 2019.

Sharon Paquette-Lose

MEDITATION

Sharon

Sharon Paquette-Lose is a qualifying certified mindfulness teacher, attending Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program through the Awareness Training Institute, and the University of California at Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.

She is also a 22 yr experienced educator with a current OCT teaching license in good standing.

Her mission is to help you BREATHE, RELAX, & FOCUS on what matters in your life. She is here to help you to re-connect with yourself, others and life in a playful, supportive space as you explore mindful awareness of the breath, body, mind and heart.

If you are ready to build self-esteem, manage stress and skillfully approach challenges with ease and compassion.

Lisa Ekblad

Lisa is a Precision Nutrition Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of primary care experience.

She has worked in the Belle River area since 2003 and has seen the impact of chronic disease every….single….day that could be improved or even prevented with healthy lifestyle choices.

Lisa would love to share her expertise with you to help you:

  • Stay accountable and consistent.

  • Learn strategies around food choices to support your health.

  • Build the habits you need to improve all aspects of your life.

Tammy Hillman

Tammy

Tammy is a registered Yoga teacher with over 27 years of Nursing experience in long term care.

Her specialty is Chair Yoga.

Lianne Harway
Instructor of
YOGA

Lianne Harway

Lianne Harway began practicing yoga while studying music performance/pedagogy in graduate school (2016-2018).

She found yoga to be very healing and transformative, which led her to pursue a yoga teaching certification. Lianne earned her RYT-200 certification at Blossoming Lotus Yoga in 2020.

She hopes to bring the power of yoga into the lives of others so that all may experience its joy and tranquility.
